Mobility Group Mobility Lithuania"},"content":{"rendered":"<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"2929\" class=\"elementor elementor-2929\" data-elementor-post-type=\"post\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-65b762a e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"65b762a\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-99fd2dd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"99fd2dd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u00a0Erasmus+ ~` A journey of learning, inspiration and integration in Lithuania \u00a0<\/p><p>In the framework of the Accredited Mobility Scheme for Adult Education Teachers and Staff (2024-1-EL01-KA121-ADU-000236119), which is implemented with the support of the European Commission through the Erasmus+ KA121 programme - Group Mobility of Adult Learners, two beneficiaries of E\u0393NYA together with their escorts, participated in an educational mobility in the beautiful city of Panev\u0117\u017eys, Lithuania, from 18 to 25 May 2025.<\/p><p>The action was hosted by the organization:<\/p><ul><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/PokyciuCentras?__cft__%5b0%5d=AZXBRI0WOqfBRJmOx-Pl-Fe88vQAGm3OyreRuGev1JTlP9SId6M_SFq3HdYs9CfPe3ejK5i2BKYLix0dBmkDi1yTlGpri7r2_SiWL_EFxpR1JWFXwXF7t9RS4a5aCWiI3fin05CUI5wn3AKxXt263oDeROms-KsBzDw6kBcB0Mxv1b6dpOTEysLCxAnliNDJIHk&amp;__tn__=-%5dK-R\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Panev\u0117\u017eio socialini\u0173 poky\u010di\u0173 centras<\/a><\/li><\/ul><p>What did mobility involve?<\/p><p>Participants:<\/p><p>They participated in educational, creative and intercultural workshops (photography, ceramics, creativity, sound therapy, sustainability), experiencing how art and practical learning can become tools for social inclusion and empowerment.<\/p><p>They came into contact with supported employment services and Social Cooperative Enterprises that include people with disabilities<\/p><p>Visited supported living and social care facilities<\/p><p>They took part in cultural and intercultural activities and volunteer activities<\/p><p>They collaborated and exchanged experiences with adults with disabilities from Lithuania<\/p><p>What did they learn?<\/p><ul><li>They developed creative and practical skills through workshops in photography, ceramics, creativity, sound therapy and sustainability.<\/li><li>They were introduced to models of supported employment and social inclusion for people with disabilities, gaining practical knowledge, ideas and motivation to participate.<\/li><li>They learned how to recognise and appreciate cultural diversity by comparing traditions, values and ways of life with their own experiences.<\/li><li>They reinforced daily living skills such as home organisation, time management and self-care through observation and sharing of experiences.<\/li><li>They developed social and communication skills through cooperation, interaction and bonding with people from different cultural backgrounds.<\/li><\/ul><p>What did they gain?<\/p><p>This experience contributed substantially to the personal and social development of the participants, enhancing:<\/p><p>Their confidence and autonomy through active participation in creative and practical activities.<\/p><p>Their social inclusion, through interaction and cooperation with people from different cultural backgrounds.<\/p><p>Environmental awareness, through experiential activities and sustainability workshops.<\/p><p>A sense of European identity, fostering the perception of belonging to a wider, united and inclusive community.<\/p><p>This mobility has shown that European cooperation and the coexistence of different cultures can pave the way for a more inclusive and creative society.<\/p><p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/EUErasmusPlusProgramme?__cft__%5b0%5d=AZXBRI0WOqfBRJmOx-Pl-Fe88vQAGm3OyreRuGev1JTlP9SId6M_SFq3HdYs9CfPe3ejK5i2BKYLix0dBmkDi1yTlGpri7r2_SiWL_EFxpR1JWFXwXF7t9RS4a5aCWiI3fin05CUI5wn3AKxXt263oDeROms-KsBzDw6kBcB0Mxv1b6dpOTEysLCxAnliNDJIHk&amp;__tn__=-%5dK-R\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Erasmus+<\/a> proved once again that education, art and collaboration can change lives.<\/p><p>\u00a0It all starts here.<\/p><p>\u00a0Erasmus+: opening up new paths.
