\u00a0\u0397 E.G.N.Y.A.<\/a> travelled to Slovenia with the Erasmus+<\/a>! \u00a0<\/p>

In the framework of the Accredited Mobility Scheme for Adult Education Trainers and Staff (2024-1-EL01-KA121-ADU-000236119) implemented with the support of the European Commission through the Erasmus+ KA121 - Group Mobility of Adult Learners programme, three beneficiaries of E\u0393NYA (adults with intellectual disabilities) together with their accompanying persons, participated in an educational mobility in Slovenia from the 6th to the 13th of May 2025.<\/p>

The action was hosted by the organisations:<\/p>

VDC Zasavje<\/a><\/p>

What did mobility involve?<\/p>

During their stay in the host institutions, participants took part in informal and non-formal learning activities designed according to their competences and interests, aiming at active participation, inclusion and the development of skills and autonomy.<\/p>

Adult learners:<\/p>

Participated in educational and productive workshops (woodworking, ceramics, arts, pyrography, cooking)<\/p>

Visited supported employment and social inclusion structures and services<\/p>

They took part in intercultural workshops, cultural and sports activities<\/p>

Developed autonomy and daily living skills<\/p>

Participated in environmental awareness actions<\/p>

They exchanged experiences and worked with adults with disabilities from Slovenia<\/p>

What did they gain?<\/p>

This experience contributed substantially to the personal and social development of the participants, enhancing:<\/p>

Their confidence and autonomy, through active participation in activities and successful completion of creative and practical tasks.<\/p>

Their social integration, through interaction and cooperation with people from different cultures and environments.<\/p>

Developing skills and knowledge in areas such as workshop techniques, creativity and environmental awareness.<\/p>

The acquisition of motivation for continuous learning and active participation in educational and social activities.<\/p>

Cultural understanding, through daily contact and cooperation with trainees and professionals of the host institutions.<\/p>

A sense of European identity, fostering the perception of belonging to a wider, united and inclusive European community.<\/p>

With the support of Erasmus+, we continue to build bridges of friendship and cooperation at European level, create inclusive learning opportunities and promote an open and inclusive Europe.<\/p>
