N.G.N.Y.A. Mobility Training Course Turkey
- It all starts here: Join the E.G.N.Y.A. in Mobility Erasmus+ in Istanbul
It is with great pleasure that we announce the participation of the E.G.N.Y.A. in the training mobility Erasmus+, which took place from 28 March to 3 April 2025 in Istanbul.
The programme was organised by the organisation E.G.N.Y.A., with the host organisation Cappadocia Education - Erasmus+ KA1 Courses and funded by the European Union.
Between cultures, technologies and innovative practices, our team travelled to Istanbul, actively participating in a high quality training on the topic: "Special Education Needs.
Objective of Mobility:
Enhancing knowledge and skills in Special Education, with emphasis on the use of ICT and play-based learning methods to support learners with special educational needs and disabilities.
What we gained:
- Training in digital tools such as Kahoot, Plickers, etc.
- Creating educational scenarios using ICT
- Developing empathy, cultural awareness and intercultural communication skills
- Cooperation and exchange of practices and experiences with colleagues from other countries
- Strengthening the concept of inclusion and educational differentiation in practice
The experience is part of the accredited mobility project for learners and staff in adult education 2024-1-EL01-KA121-ADU-000236119, funded under the Erasmus+ programme
Erasmus+ is not just a trip. It is a catalyst for change, a transformational experience that empowers both professionals and beneficiaries of organisations active in adult learning.
Mobility was combined with cultural visits and experiential learning activities (Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Bosphorus Cruise, Royal Kinshtarn, Principe, and other landmarks), deepening the principles of cultural understanding and acceptance of diversity.
The knowledge gained does not stay in Istanbul - we bring back tools, methods and inspiration to empower our trainees in Greece.
It all starts here.
Erasmus+: opening up new paths. Changing lives.
